• Order processing takes 1 working day.
• All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, Australia and Christchurch, New Zealand. 
• Orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
• Orders within New Zealand are shipped with New Zealand Post.
• International orders are shipped with DHL. 
• Express Shipping: We aim for 1-4 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
• Economy Shipping: We aim for 3-7 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
• Free Shipping applies to orders over $400. 
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and volume of some of our products.
